We are inspired & always feel motivated by the words of our late CMD shri Yadupati Singhania ji by his nation building & Industrialist approach towards Vocational Education & Skill Development.
At YPSIT Panna, we are committed to delivering intensive and hands-on training across four engineering and one non-engineering trades, all affiliated with NCVT. Our primary objective is to nurture industry-ready, world-class technicians who are equipped not only with strong technical skills but also with the knowledge and personality required to excel in today’s competitive world.
Beyond the standard NCVT curriculum, we have implemented several best practices to enhance the learning experience and employability of our trainees. These include a 20-day On-the-Job Training (OJT) for each trainee every year, monthly rewards and recognition programs, quarterly quiz competitions, guest lectures by industry experts, industry visits, and the development of innovative projects. These initiatives aim to provide holistic exposure and practical insights that align with current industry needs.
We are confident that with our unwavering efforts and dedication, we will elevate the Institute to new heights, setting a benchmark in the domain of vocational education and skill development.
